This week was a whirlwind of trying to finish things up, pack, and prep for our poster presentation. We made it though!

It was fun to present my poster with Meagan since we worked so hard on it. After our first couple of times explaining our work, it became easier to present and I felt more confident in our ability to talk about our work and why our work is important.

Looking back at the past ten weeks is very exciting for me. I have never been to Indiana and I do not travel often so it was exciting and nerve-wracking for me. Everyone was so nice here that it made me feel better.

I never thought I would write a paper that is going to be submitted to a conference, but here I am with a paper that I am proud of. We have a couple of minor tweaks to make, but still, it is so surprising to me.

I had no idea what I had signed myself up for, and this experience was so much better than I had hoped

I am currently sitting in the airport with Anne. Sadly, our plane has been delayed so we will not get home until 2 a.m or later.
