Today we learned about building personal websites, and were introduced to a lot of useful tools for that. Professor Natarajan then gave his presentation on machine learning, which was as entertaining as always. After lunch we were given an introduction to elavator talks and some time to practice. I’m excited for the contest tomorrow, as I really like designing these talks.

We then looked at all of our press releases and videos that we made the night before. As it turned out everyone had had to stay up late to get it done as well. I voted for the dj machine project, which ended up beating ours by one vote funnily enough.

I ended up on Fernando and Professor Shih’s project, which I’m excited for. We’ve scheduled to meet at 11am tomorrow. I’m going to get to bed early now since I’m already done with CITI. This will be my first full night of sleep all week. There’s still going to be a lot of work this summer, but I feel like we’re just about to finish the first major challenge.
