Today we used ShareLaTex to implement a Bio page for ourselves. We learned how to create sections, label figures, insert reference, and so much more! I really enjoyed this portion of todays session because all this was new to me and being able to acquire such an applicable skill was very rewarding. Alongside this, we downloaded Arduino and received our lilypads which we will be using for the remainder of this ten week research opportunity. Although, using Arduino and a lilypad isn’t new to me, I still got really excited because I loved working with them in the past. Lastly, we got the opportunity to listen to two different research projects that some of us potentially may get to work on. Overall, today was a great learning experience and I’m excited for what is to come.
