Over winter break, my primary focus will be writing the background and methods for my thesis.  I’ve been reading a lot of papers and I think I have a good amount of general knowledge.  I just need to consolidate what I’ve taken notes on and begin outlining and writing.  I feel slightly overwhelmed at this point in regards to writing.  I’ve never written a non-humanities research paper before.  I’ve also never written a long research paper comprising of exclusively my own work.

I don’t have any travel plans for break so hopefully it will be a productive one!
