Things are really starting to pick up with the TIDE project. Sara and I completed the Conflict of Interest and IRB training and have submitted our first IRB proposal. The IRB proposal is for our next workshop, which will give us some user feedback that will help us determine what features to include in the TIDE mobile application as well as how to implement some features we already have in mind. This will be run similarly to our pre-study workshop, but with some changes made to enhance the creative process we want to encourage and streamline the brainstorming session.
This weekend, Sara and I are also going to set up an Apache server and start coding the application and SMS service we would like to use in Twilio. This also means it is time for us to learn PHP, which is the language that we will use in Twilio. More updates to come next week on TIDE’s development.
